We will provide your pet with a safe, comfortable, “home away from home” atmosphere. We are happy to accommodate any special care or needs your pet might have including administering medications and dealing with “difficult” pets. Just let us know when you make the reservation.
We provide amenities such as clean blankets and beds, metal food and water bowls, and litter and litter boxes but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer. Toys and other personal items that are welcome and encouraged. We utilize Feliway Feline Pheromones with our boarding cats to help them easily transition to their temporary home. We will administer any needed medication and follow your specified feeding regimen. We feed a high quality Purina EN Gastrointestinal Diet and treats for no extra charge, although eating their own food tends to agree better with most boarded pets. We can also provide bathing, teeth brushing and grooming services before you pick up your pet.
Our veterinary assistants and doctors regularly check on the pets and monitor the boarding area. You have the added benefit of knowing that one of our clinicians will promptly begin treatment if your pet gets sick during his or her stay.
To keep all our patients as healthy as possible, we require pets that are boarding with us to be up to date on vaccinations. Dogs are required to be current on their Rabies Vaccine, Distemper/Parvo Vaccine, Bordetella Vaccine and Intestinal Parasite Examination. Cats are required to be current on Rabies Vaccine, Feline Distemper Vaccine and Intestinal Parasite Examination. We also require that most vaccinations be given at least one week before boarding.
